Botanic Gardens, National Orchid Centre, Singapore
It is the school days and National Orchid Centre in Botanic Gardens has an open house for Singaporeans, PR and students.
I used the Tyersall road as the entrance. It is closer to orchid centre.
At the visitor entrance, you can notice a line of orchids to greet the guests.

This orchids seems to be common in Singapore. The light purple flowers with white shades make it distinguished.

The centre opens at 830am. I was waiting for it outside. The landscape of Botanic Gardens is lush.

There is a world time clock outside the centre. lots of various orchids at the bottom of the clocks. It is 5 mins before 830am. Waiting patiently for the doors to be opened.
Outside the centre show the national orchid garden logo. colorful orchids which are widely available in the nursery.
Orchids are small flowers and comes in various colours.
As I walked along the centre, I am trigger happy. I snapped as many photos as I can. The weather is cooling in the morning despite of the dry and warm temperature in March.

The pathway is well designed.

The sun has risen quite high in the morning at 845am
Lovely fountain feature. The gentle sound of water is smoothing in the quiet morning.

I finally reach to one end of the centre. In this building, there is names of orchids named after famous people. The building provide some shade from the morning heat.
