Holiday Inn Manila Makati
I am not a fan of IHG after they cancelled my million plus points because I did not stay with them for more than a year. Somehow, they claim that they sent me a mail to remind me but I did not receive any notice. The mail may have landed to my junk box.
Anyway, it has been more than 5 years that I have stayed in IHG. There is no SPG hotels in Makati. Hence, I picked Holiday Inn due to a last minute trip.
Holiday Inn Makati is next to the Glorietta shopping mall and Greenbelt lifestyle mall.
There is a TGIF in the 3rd story of the mall. The Hard Rock cafe is opposite. Ordered a beer to chill for the day. Pork chop with garlic rice. it is comfort food for dinner
I choose breakfast at Mentore because the breakfast in Holiday Inn is expensive.
Breakfast with scrambled eggs , crisy bacon and toast. simple but satisfying meal.
I have ramen for lunch. Broth is tasty and the slice of pork is huge. The stock is tasty but I feel it is slightly salty.
The lumps of chilly paste is not spicy. I think it is diluted down for the local taste.
