Lower Pierce Reservoir

Lower Pierce Reservoir is along the secluded old upper Thomson road.  There is a small car park. It is not frequent by visitors because it is quite far away from the main road, It does not have lots of facilities available. It is a mid day. The car park is empty. There is a water filtration machine to test the quality of the water.

I have to walk pass the gate to access to the reservoir.  The gate looks huge and daunting to prevent vehicles rather than pedestrians.

It is a nice walk in the middle of the afternoon. There are monkeys along the path.
