Hotel Majestic KL Malaysia

Hotel Majestic KL is part of the Marriott chain of hotel. They are also part of the YTL group of Malaysian hotels. It is located near Sentral.




There are two towers in the hotel. The old and the new. The colonial is popular with tourist as it has the old charm like the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.

The old tower is renovated with the glass ceiling covering the air well. There are 5 stories in the old wing. Each level as a staircase leading to a higher level.

 At the bottom of the air well, there is a dining area. One can experience the light coming from the top of the glass ceiling.

I was given a nice room in the old wing. It is a large room with a separate living room. It has an English decor.

there is a TV and wooden louvered windows that cannot be opened.

 This is the king size bed.

The lounge is pretty large

In the executive lounge, they serve the wines. The wines are table wines. They seem to make it quite classy with the deco. But the quality is left to desired.

Outside the window of the old wing is the old mosque.

the wine is very young.

they provide free shuttles to Sentral, Mid valley and Bukit Bintang.

I tried the bath tube with the pink salt.

They have two pools. one on the 4th floor and the other in the old wing ground floor next to the spa.

the spread is wide but the quality is average.
