Fort Siloso SkyWalk
The SkyWalk has been around in Sentosa for some time. I was under the impression that it is a paid entry access. Now it is free for the public to access.
Coupled with the free entry to Sentosa, I wanted to explore. It is now the Covid-19 situation worldwide. There is not advised to be traveling at the moment.
The details of the attraction can be found here.
There is a lift that will bring you up to the park.
The walk is about 36metres above the ground which is about 12 stories high.
Upon reaching to the top, you will have a breathtaking view of of the southern waterfront.
One can see the various Keppel condo developments. There is a marina too.
View of the city skyline. I am not sure if one can see the fireworks from here. The skywalk closes at 7pm.
View of the Reflections.
View of Siloso bench. There's the bulgy jump station.
In front is the Shangri la hotel. Nice sea view.
It is a 180 degree view.
Entrance to the fort Siloso skywalk.
Another view of reflections from the skywalk.
View of the habourfront cruise centre.
Old Singapore map. Looks like most at living at the coastal areas of Singapore, except the central parts which is known as Toa Payoh today.
Once, you reach the end of the walk, it is fort Siloso. I did not know it is so close. It is a 200m walk from the elevators.
This is the skywalk.
Some pictures of the fort. It supposed to give the British soldiers a good view of the southern part of Singapore during the World War II.
A replica gun.
you can talk a hike up the fort via a earthen trial. It is quite a climb.
