Johore Glorious Food

I love food.

Johore is a favourite food haunt for Singaporeans.

this blog page will attempt to put some of my regular places for food in Johor.

I frequent this coffee ship in Gelang Petah. The coffee shop opens as early as 6am while the sky is dark.

There are many stalls to choose from.

One of my favourites is the pig organs more commonly called kuey chap.

There are a number of varieties of fritters. It is fresh and delicious. I can eat a few of them in a single sitting. Yummy,

 This is a popular restaurant for zi char. they serve very affordable seafood.

there is a nice dim sum place at Bukit Indah. It open early at 730am.

The Dim Sum is fresh and has a wide variety of food. There are a couple of dim sum places to try around here too.

we tried the siew mai, har gao, pork ribs in black beans and chicken feet. We like the pork ribs the best.

This is the brand of the chill sauce. It is quite spicy.

The paper rolls ( chee chong fun) is soft and yummy. you can order, plain, shrimp or char chew fillings

the century egg porridge looks normal but it is tasty as it has a mixture of salted egg and mince pork.

I ordered the Big Pao. Looks yummy.

 lots of meat. But it is quite oily. The taste is great. The skin is thin.
