Seoul Winter 2019 - Day 1
The day has finally arrive where we decided to spend the lunar new year in 2019 in a different country.
We are flying Singapore Airlines economy class to Seoul. It departs on Changi Airport Terminal 3. It seems that the XMAS theme Harry Porter props still appeals to visitors. They have not removed it in the Year of the Pig.
The flight is uneventful. It takes about 530hours. We arrived ahead of schedule. Once we step out of the aerobridge, this set of lanterns with artificial flowers and plants greeted us.
Looking down towards the baggage collection area, it looks empty. I guess it is pretty late and it is close to Seollal.
There is a KPOP group Blackpink that greeted the arrivals.
Once, we collected the luggage, we cleared the customs. We have booked a taxi from International Taxi. Details of booking can found at this link. International Taxi
We stayed at Sheraton Cube D which is closed to the Sindorim Station.
There is a basement 1 access to the subway.
The hotel looks comfortable but dated.
