Park Connector Update
I realise that there is a new extension along the park connector near AYE.
The new extension will bring one towards the city. It seems that infront is a large construction site dealing with the deep sewage tunneling.
At the other stretch has been opened for some time that brings you towards Commonwealth.
I decided to venture to the other side.
As I ride, I can see that there appears to be a dead end in 400 meters. I guess it will take some time for it to be opened.I have to make a U -turn to get out from the track.
On the Queenstown towards Commonwealth end of the connector,
There is a lone Jambo Tree with pink fruits.
Entrance to Wessex estate.
Three stories apartments. It has the old fashion feel.
Lush greenery.
Apartment looks dilapidated. Needs a new coat of paint.
Wessex Estate is dated to British Colonial times.
Not sure why the tree trunk gave way and split into three directions. The tree appears to have died some thing ago.
This is a wild side of the PCN. I love the natural feeling of the park.
Strange wild poisonous mushrooms blooming from the ground. IT is yellow colour.
Since, there is no one maintaining the place during COVID 19, the touch me not plant grew into a large plant. Be careful. there are thorns.
