Le Meridien Executive Bites

Le Meridien KL has one of the best executive cocktail lounges in SPG.

The Italian night theme dinner is always one of my favourite.

The spaghetti aglio olio is my perennial favourite dish in the lounge.

A dash of chilly flakes and black pepper gives the dish the oomph to my spicy palette.  Spaghetti is not overly cooked and there is a well balanced of tomato and garlic in the meal.

Of course, nothing is complete with tiramisu. I will definitely update the blog with a picture in my next trip.

The tiramisu is average but it goes well with the meal.

Finally, Le Meridien has upgraded their coffee machine to Illy.

Each night in Le Meridien club lounge has a different theme.
This is a portion of the Chinese theme.
I choose the humble salad. There is wide selection of dressings.

Plain broccoli with mushroom. I added mochi to colour the plate.

Brite cheese with hazel nuts

Salad with an assortment of walnuts, hazel nuts and strawberries top off with mushroom confetti

Fried Ginza dumplings on a Chinese night theme. Some ginger and black vinegar to add to the taste.

 Breakfast with sunny side up eggs and smoked salmon.

I love the jackfruit and sweet pineapple.

In the month of October 2018, the lounge bought in Becks bottle beer. It is nice gesture to try to introduce some new items during the cocktail hours.

 Scramble eggs with toast top with rocket leaves. It is an ordered item from the chef

A walk on the 8th level in the night towards a magnificent view of the swimming pool

In the far distance from a corner of Le Meriden, one can sees Najib tower that is in progress of completion.

The dim sum is always nice. On a chinese night, they have extra selections of dim sum.
