JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur , Malaysaia
JW Marriott is an old hotel in KL. I stayed there before the turn of the 21st century. I recall that the breakfast is next to the swimming pool with limited options.
Fast forward to December 2018. I stayed there again because Marriott has acquired Starwood and the membership system is merged.
It is Xmas season and it will be nice to walk along Bukit Bintang to see the glittering lights. The pavilion mall is popular with both locals and tourists.
Igloo shared xmas prop.
The entrance of JW Marriot has a huge XMAS tree. It has the wishes of the less fortunate. The presents at the bottom of the tree to fulfil these wishes.
Given the executive lounge in Marriott does not have a full dinner course, I have to go to a German restaurant across the road for dinner,
The portion is large. It is rather salty for my taste. There is griller vegetables that helps to balance the meal.
Joint to Marriott is the Starhill shopping mall. A xmas tree greeted the visitors.
The lobby of the mall is quite spectacular. I think I did not do justice with my photo.
across the road is Pavilion with a Disney theme xmas.
The chocolate desert looks cute and taste wonderful.
I helped myself to a selection of fruits and nuts including a Malay lueh. The grapes are crunchy and juicy. There are many branches to choose from.
There is a mall called Farenheight opposite Pavilion. There is a discount store. A Santa Claus greeted the visitors.
I walked into the mall to grab a picture.
This is my breakfast platter in the lounge. I did not go the coffee shop for breakfast as it is not included in the room rate. A nice selection of smoked salmon, Spanish omelette and roast beef.
This Kiehl's prop was built overnight along the pedestrian. I witness them building it overnight.
I added more fruits and nuts for my breakfast including the yogurt.

Outside JW Marriott, is another luxury mall called Starhill. It is lined up with xmas trees and reindeers.

I took a photo of the German restaurant. It is not crowded during dinner
This is the JW Marriott executive lounge on the 2nd level.
This is local dish with chicken curry and roti. Rather blend.
A wide range of liquor. The wine selection is poor in my option. Similar to Le Meridien. Somehow they do not serve Shiraz here.
On a separate evening in the lounge, they serve roasted lamb with mushrooms. The lamb is succulent.
I took a glass of cocktail salad with apple slices.Joint to Marriott is the Starhill shopping mall. A xmas tree greeted the visitors.
