You have to catch them all....
It is hosted at Sentosa. I did not participate in the program from the 18th April 2019.
I find the props cute. Remind me of the younger self.. ;)
This is the welcome signage at the Sentosa broad walk.
It is a Good Friday morning that I wanted to continue where I left off. This time, I cycled to Sentosa to capture the Pokemon characters. I didn't participate in the challenge.
I started from the Tanjong Bench to start my photograph journey. You have to catch them all. :)
This mascot is quite common in Sentosa. There are several of them.
Since, it is early in the morning, there is no trainers on the bench. The event starts at 10am. The are mini tents for refreshment such as drinks and there are areas where there is a meet and greet sessions with your favourite Pokemon.
There are directional signs to guide visitors in the event. The event starts from Palawan Bench and stretches to Tanjong Bench.
There are signs on the lamp post that highlights the safari zone of the tournament. The event stretches from the 18th to 22 Apr.
Play areas for the tournament.
The area is lined up with various pokemons to catch. I could not name them at all. Not a fan of the game though I watch the cartoon series when I was a teenager.
Nice posters are placed at 10ms intervals from each other along Palawan bench.
This large poster is at the check in area of the event.
Check in arena. My trustee bike follows me in the hunt...
This is a map of the event.
Special offers for plush toys are sold. There are some people taking their place in the artifice turf. I am sure it will be pack later in the morning.
Pikachu running around the bench station car park.
I entered from the side to grab a picture of the floatie. one can see the blue floatie from a distance.
I walked past the welcoming posters. The tents are still empty. It is getting hot now.
Walking in the bench get sand into my shoes. The blue dragon floatie is getting closer.
A closer view of the Pokemon.
there are metal gates to allow the crowds to participate in the event in an orderly fashion.
There is the exit and entrance of the tournament.
There are shops where you can buy plush toys. It is cheaper than Jewel as I was told. The selections may be limited though.
