The event is in the Turf club at the north of the island. The car park entry is $3SGD.
It was quite empty when I was there since we were early.
It gets filled up quickly. I took a picture of the event from the car park. there are lanterns everywhere. I think it will look pretty in the evening.
Each lane is organised into different themes. This is the desert lane.
There is a series of fan winds with various colours.
It will look starry at night.
