Today is 4th September. Looks like Singtel is on the uptrend.

The consensus value is $3.623. There is a potential upside of $0.4 from today. The peak in 2019 is  $3.56 on the 5th July. I am doubtful if this value can be achieved in 2019.

There is another  dividend payout in December 2019. From the past history, it is SGD 0.068 dividend per share.

IMO :-

The stock is limited upside. Strong attractive dividend yield . I would anticipate it shall peak towards this year value of $3.56 again before end of the year.
